I was charged for an inspection in which I did not approve of. Brought my car in for an alignment and was told it could not be done because I need new balljoints and I am charged half an hour labour for you to determine this. I've worked in service before and ever have I seen someone charged for this. Would never recommend your dealership to anyone

I brought my truck in for a multi-point inspection, tire rotation and wheel alignment, oil change and inspection of error message for lane assist. All was done within 3 hours. Every person I met at Murray Chevolds was very courteous and professional, even the gentleman at the kiosk who calls for your vehicle to be brought when you arrive to pick it up. Thanks!

I left confident that my vehicle had being looked over even for warranty items. I also feel like they did the best to give a good price when my repairs started to cost a lot like adding in a detailing and combo'ing some items.

Ignition recall work was completed on Pursuit I've owned for ten years . Seems to be fine . Waited at Murray instead of being shuttled back and forth and the wait went quickly and back out on the road no problem .

Even though purchasing a new vehicle can be quite stressful my experience with Murray Chev/Olds and my sales man (Jamie) was the opposite. My son & myself (we both purchased a Colorado at the same time) was easy, no stress, and we were treated with respect. We were given the keys to the vehicles on the special promotion, allowed to drive them with no restrictions - overall the type of sales transaction I appreciate
