We bought several vehicles and never had issues till this time vehicle was delivered with damage all over bank was taking payments out for this vehicle and no full refund of the amount new car was delivered with scratched lights and dents I I'll never go back to theis dealership ever especially after another vehicle we purchased earlier had a transmission go out,communication was terrible quite the experience

I am not very satisfied with Empires quality in their work as I got my truck saftied at this location, first time I drove it I noticed something wrong I will not release what was wrong with the vehicle for privacy reasons. I later found out that this truck was NOT safe for the road. They did take it back and complete the job but as far as safetying my truck goes I am just absolutely disgusted with their work and will not be a return customer.

Horrible Place! Do not buy a vehicle from them! They will make it seem great and you will be left with a huge loan and a vehicle that WILL NOT last you! I have had nothing but problems with them! They are so bad that the warranty company even dropped them at a client because it was nothing but issues!

Hello Amanda, UPDATE: We have tried reaching out via phone call and text with no answer from you. We would like to rectify this issue for you please call me personally at 519-659-0888. I have been personally dealing with your daughters situation, Patricia had purchased the vehicle from on December 12th 2021 which has been over a year ago. You had an issue with your vehicle that was covered under warranty and we tried getting the work done here but since we dropped that peoples choice for not fulfilling customer issues and giving our customers the run around they refused to approve any work on your vehicle at our shop so we had to send it to the shop that they wanted to get the work done at. We also provided Patricia with a loaner vehicle for over 1 month and you refused to give the loaner vehicle back we were forced to call the police in order for us to get our loaner vehicle back. This whole situation has nothing to do with Empire Auto Group as we went above and beyond to help fight for you against peoples choice warranty and give you a loaner vehicle out of our pocket to make sure we had a happy client. I would like to help rectify this issue

His ability to multitask and make you feel like you are his one and only client is unmatched! Shawn leaves you with the feeling that there is nothing more important in the world than your needs and satisfaction. I will also mention that the speed and efficiency with which our purchase was done, was that of a super hero. I recently purchased a Ford Explorer Limited from Empire Auto and I LOVE it. They did not have the particular model of vehicle that I was wanting in their inventory, so Sam M searched high and low to find me the exact SUV I was looking for. Sam follows through on his promises and takes his time to make sure his customers are happy and keep coming back. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on their website, just ask. Sam M will do everything he can to make it happen for you.
