Cody and Keith were excellent, but not happy with the gm paint. My ford truck never had issues with stone chips as in thus gm.

Bill was very informative with regards to us purchasing our Buick Enclave. He answered our many questions and took the time to make sure we understood the features we were wanting and what we were getting with the vehicle we had chosen. We found him respectful and pleasant. He told us not to hesitate to call if we had any questions. We needed to call and he took the time with us and was very helpful.

We came in for an free oil change and to view the new models . We had not thought about leasing a new vehicle that day - but after viewing the lot , we found the Buick Encore and fell in love with it. We were searching for something that would fit my ailing husbands needs and help us transport our grandchildren to and fro. The sales staff made it an easy process for us to turn around our lease for the new vehicle. Awesome service and even with our 2yr old grandson in tow they made our experience awesome.

Team effort despite no success at getting the vehicle repaired due to the need to order parts. My sales rep. was there to answer questions about several puzzling aspects of the car and was as motived as I was to determine the reasons.
