Felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Audi brand specialist Lana was delightful and informative, a wonderful representative of the Audi brand. She understood what features we desired, demonstrated excellent product knowledge, provided sound advice, and set up a test drive with both desired models. We very much appreciated the no-pressure approach, as it illustrates confidence in the Audi brand. Lana's superb customer service orientation made for an enjoyable, stress-free purchase. The 2018 A3 Quattro is a silky-smooth ride with a powerful engine and tight handling. Very sleek, sporty interior with a plethora of premium options. Love the drive modes feature. Highly recommend the Quattro upgrade not only for the safety of AWD, but the snappy 220 HP. The entire team we dealt with at Mark Motors Audi (Lana, Natasha, Kallie) provided a genuine FIVE-STAR experience across the board.

No test drives without an appointment. None of the lower end models on display in thr showroom. Not worth going without an appointment. Youve been warned.

I only positive thing to say about how I was treated by Deborah Purdy, I drop in yesterday afternoon and explained to her my problem with my wipers and she took care of it right away and had new wipers installed in less than 15 minutes.
