Purchase of a new Audi S4 from Mark Motors this fall (2017.)

I purchased a new Audi S4 from your dealership this fall of 2017. I dealt with Lana Ortiz from your sales staff. She was personable, her product knowledge was very impressive, her brand enthusiasm was genuine, and she represented herself and the dealership in a very professional and competent manner. The negotiation process for the purchase price of my new vehicle was straight forward, and stress free. I was very happy with the trade in process that I went through with the two vehicles that I traded in. My purchase experience was thoroughly enjoyable. It was reflective of a premium automobile brand. I should also comment that the support staff with whom I dealt, for the lease, purchase of snow tire package, and the vehicle turn over to me, were very professional, making my purchase experience smooth and seamless.
