I would like to highly recommend both the service and sales department at Audi Mark Motors! Mark Gordon-Buik in the service department was not only efficient at checking my vehicle in, but so friendly first thing in the morning! Mark ensured all needs of my vehicle were being taken care of including addressing a recall and checking in with me to verify acceptance of charges. To complement the service department, was the exceptional service of the sales department in particular Jesse Carr. Jesse's knowledge of the Audi brand and various features of the particular models was only a highlight to dedication of ensuring my purchasing experience was flawless. Jesse paid attention to all the small details and skillfully made recommendations to support an un-pressured decision. Audi Mark Motors of Ottawa' commitment to customer service was also observed by the many other staff members who greeted, supported and ensured all my questions were answered.

Smooth, professional experience!

Although Richard Cross did a great job coordinating and joining me on the test drive that included both the A5 sportback and the S4 John Hamilton did all the background work to find the dream car I was looking for. John also coordinated window tinting at my request and completed all the paperwork for signing. On pick-up day the car was ready with wow factor and a brief overview was completed before I was given the keys to my new ride. It was the perfect way to start the weekend! Thank-you!
