We bought a Q7 few years ago from the dealership at hunt club road. Dealing with the sales people wasn’t bad experience, we were happy to own an Audi Q7. Since then from the first service, we had nothing but worst experience with this dealership. Time came to have first service done my wife was told that she has to book an appointment and leave the car there all day, she asked them to give her a loner car so she doesn’t lose a day at work, they gave her a Honda civic. Honda Civic is better than nothing but having to leave the car there all day for oil change isn’t acceptable. After driving for about 4 months the light to change breake pads came on, my wife brought the car in they told her that she has to replace break pads and all four discs for a about $1400 at that time the mileage on the car was around 45000km. We brought the car to different shop and we were told that the discs are good and there is no reason whatsoever to replace them, changed the break pads for $500. Today the mileage on the car is 115000km still driving on same discs. We paid $326 for oil change then next service we brought the car to a different oil change location (not Audi dealer) and paid only $135 the service due warning is still on and if I want that turned off I have to bring the car to marks motors of Ottawa and pay $45 You will never get that $45 I will drive this car as long as I plan to keep it which won’t be very long and never pay you that money. Just recently check engine light came on, wife called them asking them if she can bring the car in so they can check what’s wrong they told her as long as the car drives you don’t have to bring it right away so let’s book an appointment. She was asked to bring the car in for 10am and pick it up at 3pm that’s just to check the engine light. When we bought the car we paid extra money to have a rust protection system installed I believe we paid about$500 that covers any rust issues. A year later the chrome around rear widows has turned like blurry sort of fading and looks really bad, brought the car in we were told that it’s not covered. I was debating whether to write this review just for the fact that I have no choice but to select one star, if I could I would not give the one star ether. You Abi Maksi and everyone else who works at service don’t deserve to be there. I told Abi that I will get a sign printed and attach to my Q7 saying “DO NOT BUY AT MARKS MOTORS OF OTTAWA” and I will do that. I will contact Audi Canada about your service too. A luxury car like Audi should not be allowed to be sold or serviced at a dealership like the one on hunt club road. All of you who bought a car recently and gave 5 stars please come back and share your experience with service department. We were very happy to buy Audi Q7 and are so disappointed to own it, just for the fact of having to deal with hunt club service dealership.
