If your buying a car I have heard mixed reviews cannot complement on sales, service on the other hand not the greatest. First issue, 2020 I usually do my oil changes but since moving I do not have a heated garage. Took it in during the winter time. Was told the the skid plate would not go back on. Being me said that find just put it in the back. Took it home, go to put it on, bolts aren't there. Drive back bolts were thrown out. Service didn't want to give me new bolt. Someone came over and asked me if there was anything they could do. I told her what happen, and they found new bolts and was able to put it back on. 2022 May I went in to buy oil and two employees were yelling at each other over a customer vehicle. The whole lobby was able to tune into it. 2022 Aug I go to order all the parts to do all the gear oil in my truck. Get home start draining the oil and I was given the wrong parts. Unable to drive and it was 4:15 on a Friday I called my wife to race home so I could drive back before they closed for the weekend. I will be buying my parts from my home town dealer even if they're 2.5 hours away. May 2024, I was in the middle of moving, took my car for an oil change as my tools were already moved. Fast forward, I go to do my oil change. and a smaller filter was installed. The assured me the oil will still be 100% filtered and it happens a lot. I called to other dealerships that agreed that some oil would bypass the filter. Jacksons didn't do anything until I set an email and then got a phone call. They claimed the invoice hard the right part number so its correct. Clearly the picture the filter is smaller. They also recorded my millage as 340000kms and not 304000kms. I wanted Jacksons to pay for oil samples to make sure everything was okay which they did not want to do. They said they would reimburse me for that oil change. 8 months later still no money sent.

Absolute rip off. Told me that I have to change my breaks for $1600 and it's a full day job. I said OK. Then 15 minutes later I called to cancel, they said the job is already halfway done charging me around $700.

I got a service 3 with an oil change and tire swap as well as a hole repaired in a tire and both engine and cabin filters replaced with the option of also doing a brake fluid work but decided to wait until next visit for that I had a longer wait then expecting. It was almost 4 hours for the service 3 with oil change, tire repair and swap and air filters replaced so I wasn’t overly thrilled with that but understanding that things take time but I don’t think it should have taken that long I was waiting in the lounge for the whole time. The tv was on at first as per a lady prior to my arrivals request. After the show had ended nothing was on the tv. I know not everyone likes the news but maybe just keep the tv on with global or cp24 for some kind of background noise The massage chair and spots for charging phones was good as well as the coffee
