I had a great experience dealing with Ramit and Rick both at Jackson's Toyota. Both were kind, helpful and knowledgeable and aside from getting a really great Toyota I also received great service. I would definitely purchase another car here and work with both gentleman again.

From drop off to pick up service was efficient/ worry free/ informative as to specific issues that day and others that may be needed in future./ Prompt communication /friendly treatment by al the service staff I dealt with. . Very pleased from purchase of my vehicle 12 years ago through the super service since thanks to everyone at Jackson's.

Some confusion with brake fluid flush, told it was needed but in fact it was done at 36000 ks (16000ks ago) so it doesn,t need to be done? also an engine flush, if the oil has been changed at the correct intervals this is another thing not needed.

The maintenance was performed and explained. The AC ECO was turned off for automatic energy save and AC started worked on parking as well. Because before AC wasn't working while parking and for 6 month we were struggling of the warm air on the hot days. And the Toyota Newmarket service wasn't able to fix that "feature" . Good job!

The work was well carried out, but I dont see why my appointment was for 10.30 when the car was sitting until the afternoon and not completed until after 5 p.m.
