From the moment I walked into Jackson Toyota back in February 2022, I felt like a valued customer. Eric, the salesman helped me choose the perfect car for my needs. My car arrived last week and Eric made sure I clearly understood how everything operated before I left the dealership I would highly recommend Jackson’s Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. I love the dependability of a driving a Toyota. It’s my third one!

Although as I always indicate, the work is always to my satisfaction. I do feel the organization could be better. I booked a time for tire change over and an oil filter change. The time it took to have the work done was way way too long. What is the point of having an appointment if they over book and get swamped and fall way way behind?

When I went into Toyota in Barrie I was greeted by the friendly sales reps and Courtney at the front desk. Matt was the young professional that help me purchase my new vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable on all of the vehicles features. With global supply chain issues I waited a few short weeks to get my brand new vehicle and Matt gave me updates on the status of my vehicle every few days. Danielle looked after the financing and was well versed in all my options and was able to buy down my rate which was lower than I expected to pay. Excellent customer service by the team at Jackson Toyota in Barrie.
