The work was well carried out, but I dont see why my appointment was for 10.30 when the car was sitting until the afternoon and not completed until after 5 p.m.

I have been Toyota Maple and Richmond Hill customer since long time. 1st time went to Toyota Barrie for service my car. Customer service at desk or serive on the Car both were absolutely not satisfactory.
