Went to have my Recalls (fuel pump and rear light) on my 2019 Tacoma at Jacksons Toyota. What a joke.. They took the truck at intake and wanted to meet with me about purchasing a new one. As I sat in the sales area, I watched 3 of the service techs start to push my truck (its a manual). I went to investigate and was told "My Transmission had failed and would not go into drive" the tech proceeded to rev the living daylights out of the truck to "prove it to me", they looked shocked when I jumped in and put it in first gear pulled 10 ft forward and then reversed it 10 ft back, got out and took my keys. So my truck is fine, they have apparently service techs who 1- cant tell a manual trany from an auto, and 2 - were prepared to charge me to fix the problem... The service manager was useless, telling me that I obviously "fixed" the transmission when I got in and asked why I would not leave the truck with them to do the recall work... Go anywhere but here for your service, Jacksons Toyota in Barrie is a waste of time. I am going to try and make the appointment at the dealership in Collingwood as I have heard good things about their service. If I could choose 0 stars I would

As I was planning to go on a long road trip and wanted my vehicle in good running order, scheduled maintenance #3 was recommended to me. The vehicle was checked in a timely fashion and passed with flying colours. I appreciated the regular status updates.

Eric did an excellent job on helping me before and after sale . The transaction went really smooth . I was updated regularly on the delivery status . Megan was also very progressional on handling the business side. Thanks to Jackson’s Toyota . I’m very happy with my new RAV4 Hybrid XSE!

Excellent experience. My rep Chris went above and beyond to find the truck of my dreams. Everyone was very helpful including the finance department. Would definitely recommend friends and family to visit.
