Our battery died unexpectedly and we were able to get it replaced and also get our vehicle serviced at the same time. We were very thankful to get in unexpectedly on short notice, Otherwise we were stuck without a car.

I just returned home from picking up my Nissan Micra and I could not be happier!! Thank you to everyone at Jackson's for making this happen. Matt M and Megan were truly amazing, professional, caring and helped me every single step along the way. This was the very first vehicle I have ever purchased on my own and not once did they make me feel silly or talk down to me. As above the entire experience from when I first went in until my new Rav4 arrived, I felt very comfortable with the service being provided. Eric answered all my questions regarding my trade in value as well as understanding the options I was looking for in a new Rav4. At no time did I feel pressured. While waiting for my new vehicle, Eric provided me updates throughout the 4 months waiting period until my car was finally delivered. Overall one of the best new car purchase experience I have had.
