What a frickin' disaster of a dealership. Waited close to 3 hours for an individual to process an ownership transfer (while he was selling a car to someone else - couldn't he have delegated this job to someone else?). They never gave us a copy of the fact sheet for the Safety Inspection, WHICH THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO DO. Have called multiple times since, to try to get that fact sheet, NEVER got to speak to a human being, NEVER got called back. The term "customer service" clearly is not in their vocabulary. The impression I get is that if they can't make a buck out of an interaction, they just avoid it. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealership, and I would strongly discourage my friends and relatives from doing so. This is perhaps the worst dealership I've ever tried to deal with. Disgusting.

Mr. Katz, we are sorry that you had a challenging time trying to facilitate a private purchase between you and another individual. I hope that you have been able to resolve any issues directly with the person that sold it to you.

Do not get your car serviced here. Questionable knowledge and experience. Did not have a good experience when I got my SUV serviced here. They made baseless recommendations to purchase parts that were not needed - and I can confirm this when I got TWO second opinions (the 2nd one from another VW dealership - who I will be taking my car to from now on) saying I did not need to purchase anything that the aftermarket parts I had were fine. I had asked to have my trunk sensor fixed, which they could not without ordering a part. Turns out, it was switched off in the cars settings (something they should have figured out) I had called half a dozen times, and kept getting an answering machine. Left 2 messages. Even left one with the receptionist to get me in touch with the service manager. It's almost been 3 weeks and still no reply back - this is unacceptable. Volkswagen should audit these guys business practices, because they do no align with Volkswagen values.
