Do not get your car serviced here. Questionable knowledge and experience. Did not have a good experience when I got my SUV serviced here. They made baseless recommendations to purchase parts that were not needed - and I can confirm this when I got TWO second opinions (the 2nd one from another VW dealership - who I will be taking my car to from now on) saying I did not need to purchase anything that the aftermarket parts I had were fine. I had asked to have my trunk sensor fixed, which they could not without ordering a part. Turns out, it was switched off in the cars settings (something they should have figured out) I had called half a dozen times, and kept getting an answering machine. Left 2 messages. Even left one with the receptionist to get me in touch with the service manager. It's almost been 3 weeks and still no reply back - this is unacceptable. Volkswagen should audit these guys business practices, because they do no align with Volkswagen values.

We had an excellent experience with the VW Bytek. Dilhan was great, professional and very responsive. Fully transparent on costs/fees and their breakdown. We also appreciated that noone was pushy even the slightest, which is what you often get in many garages (and we went to 10 other in our research to buy a car) where they insist on your contact details and then keep calling to check if you made a decision. We definitely recommend VW Bytek.

AVOID THE BODY SHOP. This rating is for the body shop department at Bytek. I gave a one star because I did not have a choice. Made a service covered by VW Canada for a paint defect for my rear doors. VW canada gladly covered the service under warranty. However, after multiple trips and LOTS of patience on my part, It all resulted in a mediocre paint job , a door not closing properly and one of my rear speaker not sounding properly. They didn,t even want to look at the speaker issue...and btw I fixed them all by my self !!!

I would like to thank Attila Iacob, Dilhan Mendis and Lesley Drysdale for their professionalism and patience during my purchase of the new Tiguan. I visited a few dealers before making the decision, but none of the people I dealt with maintained the smile and patience as Dilhan did during my numerous visits before closing the deal. Atilla took time to answer all my many questions. There was nothing much I could ask for.
