Honda makes good cars. But sales and especially service is the worse. Rude and unprofessional. Can't install a bummer properly. Failed to fix warranty issues. Not buying from them and dealing with Todd in service again.

Oil Change

Had my oil changed 0n Sept. 15 and was shocked at the price, stated this to the tech, was $90.00 tx. in. Long standing Brantford Honda customer, feeling disgruntled!

My wife and I bought a new CR-V at Brantford Honda. The sales people and management were outstanding. They listened to our needs and very understanding. When we came to pick up the car they had a gift basket and stuffed animals and hats for our kids. I would 100% recommend purchasing a Honda and from the Brantford dealership.
