Just took possession of our 2020 Civic. Great experience. Ryan Stroud is awesome. Would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and especially Ryan. He took the time to get to know us and what we wanted and made sure we were happy with our choice.We did not feel any pressure to purchase anything we didn’t want. He went over all of the details of the cars we were looking at. He also spent the time at pick up to go over the details of the car

Thanks to one of your Techs, my wife walked out without being charged. If it weren't for him, Advisor Dale Kempt had 0 issue lying to her and attempting to get her to pay for a warranty covered repair. 3 Year bumper to bumper includes any piece on the car, especially when it involves a known design flaw. The dealership I work for would have certainly covered this no questions asked. OMVIC will be in contact with these lot and until then I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Great staff ,very conferrable lounge areas for your Wait, video games for the kids, the coolest wash room every they have a basket in there washroom that have everything you could need for customer use ,free coffee and tea, fast service . Will take my car back in when I need more service.
