The complete buying experience was excellent from the receptionist to the salesperson, to the sales manager, service manager and service manager.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. dealing with the manager Scott Smith, he was very aggressive and angry. would not want to give back my deposit after i had decided to not go ahead with the vehicle. during the negotiation process i was told there are no hidden fees and i later found out about "safety and security" which is apparently in the price however i had never been informed about it.Manager said the there is no markup in hyundai... and therefore was unable to work with us to get us a deal. will not be recommending this place to anyone.

My husband and I purchased a brand new Santa fe from Murray Hyundai. We dealt with Matt Burman who is a sales associate for Murray Hyundai. We just wanted to say that our service was FIVE STAR!!!! Matt got us any info that we needed. He is not a pushy salesman. He is patient and also very funny!! My daughter also just purchased a vehicle from there and she too thought that Matt was very nice! We highly recommended anyone to buy a vehicle from here. The staff was also very friendly and professional!! Thanks again Murray Hyundai!!!

Very pleasant and professional sales representative Matt Burman, unfortunately we could not come to terms mostly under the direction of the dealer principle Richard Eccleston. Let me start off by saying that I have some trepidation about leaving a review on negotiated car sales deal because the numbers can often be quite subjective and can involve several complicating factors. In this case the numbers were pretty straight forward with a no haggle corporate price of 2% over invoice(which is available on carcostcanada web site) and no trade involved. Even with that in mind I tried for several hours to negotiate on a factory ordered vehicle but we ultimately got hung up on their fairly excessive $798 administrative fee and demand for larger than typical deposit. I was a little surprised this was the hill they wanted to remain and fight for, especially on a vehicle they did not have in stock with otherwise zero carrying costs. Nonetheless I walked into a northeast Winnipeg Hyundai dealer the next day and was received much more receptively. They honestly went out off their way to be respectful with my time. As the numbers were straight forward this deal was literally no haggle and the entire process of agreeing on a price , ordering the car and finance approval occurred over my my 45 minute lunch break It ended up $500 less than Mr Eccleston's lowest possible take it or leave it price. They were even happy to negotiate their typical $499 admin fee to a much more acceptable amount( including the unwanted wheel locks, tire and rim protection warranty etc).
