Our experience with Rainbow Toyota was awesome. We went in knowing what model we wanted and she showed us all the options. It was very eye opening and it really finalized that this was the vehicle we wanted.

Had used Rainbow Toyota about 10 years ago and had good service back then. Thought I would try them again. Made a cold call and Brian was who took my first call. Very friendly and easy going. Never pushy or over the top. Came in a day later to meet Brian and was not disappointed. He treated my husband and I like we had been long time clients and took great care of us. We are loving our Highlander!!

The sales/purchase experience at Rainbow Toyota was excellent. The sales associate was very courteous, offering coffee/hot chocolate and ensuring I was comfortable. Meeting the sales manager and manager was also great in that I was treated graciously . Once the purchase was made, the sales team was very patient in reviewing the new truck with me, touring me around the facility and ensuring I was satisfied with the purchase. In the days following, I was contacted once again to answer any questions I may have plus also getting me the information on the maintenance package. Overall the experience portrayed excellent customer service, I would recommend Rainbow Toyota to my family, friends and colleagues.
