It was amazing to deal with Brian at Rainbow Toyota. He ensured that my purchase of a new truck was a perfect experience. No pressure, just honesty & the highest level of professionalism in assisting me to find the right truck for me. Brian took the time to make sure that every little detail was looked after. brenda was very helpful and filled in my lack of knowledge with down to earth laymans language . she was careful to expalin answes to myquestions and i went away felling confident i could opperate the various aspects of the \highlander.She also made it clear that any further inquires would be explained at anytime .

Another Great Experience

Over the past number of years, we have been fortunate to work with Brian and the staff of Rainbow Toyota. Both my wife and I have come from customer service backgrounds, and appreciate the level of committed service that the dealership, and Brian specifically, has shown us. All times we have never felt rushed, nor pressured. Brian listens to what we are looking for, offers suggestions (always in our favour, at least in our opinion), and we are always more than satisfied at the conclusion of the deal. We have dealt with many dealerships across Canada, and we have found that Brian and the staff at Rainbow has been the best.

I was not expecting to purchase a new car but I very glad I did go through the experience. I am in love either the new 2016 corolla. The attention I received from staff was exceptional. They explained all my purchase options and patiently explained the full details toward a lease agreement.
