We went for an oil change. Besides the oil change we were helped with some issues with the navigation. A sales person also guided us through some uses of the voice command for navigation.

Just went for an oil change, but the service department noticed I was also due for a tire rotation and fit that in as well. Glad to fit both things in rather than returning at a later time. Service was quick and personnel were friendly and respectful.

Amazing customer service at rainbow Toyota. I was guided step by step in the process of owing a car . And Brenda, the sales consultant went all the way out in helping me and getting me my dream car . The sales team assisted us very patiently as we visited the showroom a few times and near closing hours as we searched for the vehicle for us. The team never rushed us; they spent time after hours answering our questions. Very polite. All options were discussed for the warranty and extended service packages available. We were introduced to the service team and shown the procedures for when the car needed servicing. We were known by name when the courtesy driver delivered me to my destination when the car was having some of the options installed. Appointments had to be rearranged a couple of times; no questions asked by the service attendant, she just pleasantly rescheduled the appointment. The sales team of Jovie, Richard and Darcy could not have been more helpful. Thank you. We love our new Corolla.
