I was impressed with the excellent service that Brian provided through the entire session. I felt Brian had our best interest In mind and listened to our needs. We were given several options to allow us to make a purchase that worked the best for us. I would like to thank Brian for taking care of us and helping with straight forward approach that allowed us to make the right purchase decisions.

I was approached by a gentleman who helped me as soon as I walked into the car lot. He was very helpful with information and let me explore through the vehicles of my discription. As the process continued he then started to lead me into a direction he thought fit my needs and expectations and brought me to the new 2016 Scion iM. He walked me around the car and sat me in the driver seat and gave me a tour in the car. Discribing everything that fits my lifestyle and needs he then picked out the perfect car for me. Everything about the Scion iM had me excited and it was clear it had my name written all over it. He then passed me on to another gentleman who dealt with the finances and was a guru at his job. I left his office with a price and numbers I was very happy with and the car was officially mine. I was then helped by another gentleman who took me through the manuals and the vehicle that left me without any questions. He then introduced me to the shop crew and had me book my first maintenance appointment. He then took me to my car and talked about every feature and taught me how to use everything without leaving me with questions. After the whole dealership helped me with my car I was officially a happy new car owner and had the best experience doing so with rainbow Toyota who worked hard at making that happen and I am truly greatful.
