If I could give a negative 1 as a review I would. Was rear ended brought my car in to be repaired and the nightmare began. Received the call that my car was ready went and dropped off the rental only to find out that it wasn't. Had to go back into the rental again. Next day got a call the car is ready. NO ONE ONCE APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Within 24 hours after getting my car back it starts over heating. Back to the dealer I go I ask about the warranty not covered. Ask if this could be caused from the accident, couldn't say either way. Ask what caused the problem no one knew. All they cared about was the $600. Wouldn't go back I'd rather walk first

Recent challenges we’ve had with the Service counter have lowered my rating to 3 stars, but it should probably be 2. We had to call a few times to check the status of an ordered part which had taken a month. It wasn’t until my husband did an online chat which led to another phone call that actually prompted someone to discover that they did have the part but had it listed incorrectly in their system. He’d been unable to allow anyone in the passenger seat as the airbag was misfunctioning. The delay was quite an inconvenience. In addition, they forgot to collect his key when they signed the car in. So they made a dummy key to move the car. Then they charged him for it. Not pleased. June 21, 2018 update - Nurse, thank you for your response. However, no one has contacted or attempted to contact my husband to listen to his concerns or resolve this. There is a problem with your Service area.
