They just don't have a very good customer service welcome. I like to be approached when I'm standing there. I don't know who to ask/talk to. No one gives you eye contact

The drive-in service for oil changes is efficient. We did not like the "scare tactics" the Customer Service rep used to pressure us into getting work done immediately that didn't need to be done as urgently as it was implied. BTW that urgent work still hasn't been done and we've had no problems.

Nice place to check out and purchase a vehicle. They had great prices and kept things casual and comfortable. Lisa was wonderful and I'm happy I purchased my car there

Nice place to check out and purchase a vehicle. They had great prices and kept things casual and comfortable. The repair shop is good as well. No requests for unnecessary repairs etc.
