DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO SEND IT THROUGH TO MULTIPLE BANKS. We didn’t even go down to the dealership. Called and asked for a trade in appraisal. TALKED TO DUSTIN. Gave our name and address and car information along with photos over the phone. Was told MULTIPLE times it was a soft check. We did not authorize for a hard check or to send off whatever they did to banks. They did a hard check and sent off to the banks. WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A CAR WE WERE LOOKING AT! We never went down there! It caused a flag to be put into our account when we went into actually purchase a car at another dealership and luckily after talking to the bank they removed the flag. Called twice today and the sales manager never even called back. Will be reporting and sending to BBB and credit bureau. Nothing will be done since it’s already in there.

Its was a great experience with Pioneer Motor Group… Recently i buy new Jeep Wrangler 2023 with good interest rate and the all process was so easy. Specially thanks to Mr. Shrey who approved my car without dealership fee and documentation charges with free delivery. I recommend to take vehicle from this dealership. There way of communication is so nice and treat well. Thanks very much Mr.Shrey.

Probably the worst place to do business with the manager is extremely aggressive and belligerent acts like a child I highly DO NOT recommend dealing with this dealership, I've never seen a growing man act like such a little girl before that is the manager of this dealership I'm talking about.

These guys came and picked me up and Financed me in a 2020 Chevy Tahoe... They even filled the gas tank.. they were super friendly Stu got us what we wanted and went the extra mile.... Even if you don't think you will get fininacing they will get you approved 🙂Stuart was awesome And I love this place best experience I've had with any dealer😊I gave him a hug an d I know you will too!
