They got me a nice car Not exactly what I wanted Got a weird "deal" on it But my paperwork was messed up and now I can't get the vehicle turned over to me in my name even though I was supposed to be my vehicle (I wasn't even listed on the paperwork when the bank gave us the loan statement) I wouldn't do business here... my co-workers warned me about this place but thought I'd give a benefit of the doubt.

Stuart Allen was phenomenal to deal with. Found a safe reliable truck for my family and I . Going forward only going to be deal with Stuart Allen with any vehicle purchases in the future. He took the time, went above and beyond for me from the first time I talked to him and even still asking me if we like the truck and making sure everything is in tip top shape. I’ve never had customer service like this I’m blown away on how good I’ve been taken care of. Thankyou Stuart Allen and Pioneer Motor Group Maple Ridge. Talk to you guys soon.

Pioneer Auto is amazing. I financed my very first car today and had the pleasure of dealing with Stuart Allen. He worked so hard on getting me a great vehicle and one I love at that. I would highly recommend them.
