Hey I have been dealing with Pioneer Motors for close to five years . They have bent over backwards and gone to extremes to service my needs over the years . I have been dealing with Phil for the past three years or so and 2 vehicles later still very content with thier service . I have bought 1 car and 3 pickups . Awesome !

These guys go above and beyond, found me the exact truck I wanted. They redid it with custom leather and delivered it 500 kilometers from the dealership. Could not be happier with the quality and speed of the service I received here. Ask for Nate or Darcy.

Very bad experience. Salesman miscommunicated and then told wrong rates for the car. Last time increase in charges. Forcefully selling the warrenties.

We had a terrible experience with this car seller agency. We agreed on a price, but then they tried to force extra, overpriced warranties on me for $6000. To make matters worse, they promised to fix the car's damaged dashboard before handing over the keys, but later reneged on that promise and said we'd have to pay for the repairs ourself. I can't trust a word they say. I strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere, where honesty and integrity still mean something. 1 star is too generous for them.

Found Pioneer Motor Group on Facebook Marketplace and must say it was the best find yet! We made a few stops to other places before heading here but we did not leave without a car. Everyone was so friendly, and it was a good vibes all around. Our salesperson was Shrey! He listened to everything we had in mind and made sure he got us what we wanted. It was the first place I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car either. Overall, very pleasant service considering I am a very picky and anxious person.😊

If you are looking for a trustworthy, reputable, and knowledgeable Sales Representative - Matt is your guy. Don’t even tell them your real name. They just hit my credit with different banks and then called me saying “if you are interested in getting any vehicle from us, if yes then visit our dealership, we already got you approved”. I did not like any vehicle and price they have. Now, I got to know when I can see all those Inquiries on my credit. They hit my credit multiple times and now not replying to my texts as well.
