Dustin was extremely helpful! He found me a vehicle quickly the whole search lasted 3 days! I had specific requirements for my vehicle because of my dogs. Dustin was great and took them into consideration. My dogs and I love our new car.

OMG, I love this place. My husband and I came to just look at what they got and Dustin took great care of us. He really listened to what we were looking for and why and found the perfect vehicle for us. He also went out of his to make sure we got the best financial package. Totally reccomend Pioneer Auto Group

Stuart Allen !!! Tremendous experience buying my 2019 Sahara Jeep! This was a wonderful sales experience and I can honestly say, without a moments doubt, that I was being taken care of as though I was a family member. Stuart Allen went above and beyond to find me my exact Jeep! Even after purchase he followed up with a complimentary set of brand new tires to make sure I was Safe and happy ! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone !

They aren’t BBB (Better business bureau) accredited for a reason, look up the reviews on the BBB website. They have done things illegally in the past and continue to get investigated by the VSA. I will update this review after the investigation is over for my current claim to explain what happened.

It all started out as me wanting to buy a $50,000 car, I was 19 at the time and just turned 20 now I'm at a point where I'm homeless, stuck, can't afford to eat as I am not making enough money to pay for the truck. I inquired asking about how much I would get for my old truck at the time on a trade-in, they said they would give me $57,000 for it and I only had $58,000 owing which meant I would have only lost $1000 on that truck which I owned for 6 months, I was okay with that. I didn't realize all the things they did wrong until I got a job as a salesperson and took the VSA course and learned a lot about all the things that are legal and what's not legal. I was feeling really down when the brand new truck broke down (2 months later) and they did nothing to help me. Here's a list of some of the things from what I believe to be illegal. 1. I got the real MSRP on the new truck and it's MSRP is $83,085. They sold me the new truck for $109,999 before taxes as I was so excited about it I didn't do my research to see how much they're actually worth.2. I dug through my texts through the salesperson (Stuart Allen) and found they admitted to lying to the banks saying that my co-sign was my "step-dad" and to tell my co-sign that in case the banks ask 3. My co sign wasn't actually present and everything was very rushed so they got him to quickly "Docu-sign" all the documents over the internet while I witnessed them taking his signature and pasting it onto documents 4. There is a massive lack of signatures on my copy of the documents (I didn't sign multiple things and my co sign signed none) 5. They asked for my two most recent pay stubs at the time and since it was in December I had bonuses on my paystubs which were labelled as "Bonus" and they said they were going to say that was my income always so I can get approved even though I would've never got approved with my normal Income 6. They FORGED my signature into some documents when I told them I never signed the bill of sale, I have PROOF of that on my triplicate copy. I reached out to them to try and resolve it, and they told me they would take the truck back only if I paid the $40-$50k Negative equity. The only reason I'm writing this is because no 20 year old can afford $1200 truck payment, $600 insurance, not including gas but after everything the truck costs about $2400 a month, I tried to trade it in for a cheap car that I could afford, but that cheap car turned into an $80,000 car because of the $60,000 negative equity, the paystubs I gave them showed I was making $3000 a month. The fact that I admitted to them I was homeless, couldn't afford to eat, but they still refused to take the truck back shows the type of people they are (Pete Cairns, Darcy Hauser). --In RESPONSE-- to the owner review. I have proof of everything, it is indeed a fact, to anybody who would like to see more proof than the pictures I've attached feel free to reach out. In regards to "My friends" That is un-true, This has been the most embarrassing experience of my life and I haven't told anybody close to me, so in that regard, I don't know what you're talking about there. I would never slander any business's name, or anybody, I'm just sharing my experience and the facts. This business is not BBB accredited because they had an issue with the VSA in the past, here is proof of that "On July 31, 2018: Pioneer Garage Limited entered into an Undertaking with Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA)and agreed to, but not limited to, comply with the current industry regulations, to ensure all consumers receive a copy of the purchase agreement, any finance documents, or any other document on which the consumer signs, not to falsify any document or information about a consumer in respect of a consumer transaction. VSA issued an administrative penalty of $25,000 for contraventions of the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act and a total of $36,000 for 3 undertakings which have been contravened"... Please go somewhere where will think about how it could affect your life, not how they need to make the sale nomatterhow
