I was very skeptical about dealing with a dealership further away from home. From first contact with Stuart to the final document signed with the driver Brian it was probably the best experience buying a car I ever had. I am so in love with my car. It arrived on time. Everything went super smoothly. Absolutely zero issues. Stuart was not pushy by any means. He made what I thought was going to impossible actually possible! I have and will be recommending pioneer motors in maple ridge to many many people!

10/10 experience! Dustin at pioneer auto group was absolutely amazing. not only did he help me get the bronco of my dreams but he also had it delivered to me from the lower main land to the okanagan. not like a regular sales team here, very customer service based and actually care. there were a few hiccups from out side factors but dustin handled everything with ease. super happy with my purchase, highly recommend for your next vehicle!

My husband bought a vehicle from here and dealt with Melissa. We have never felt so lied to and mislead. The vehicle was an absolute lemon and they were not forthcoming at all about the previous work and services done. We’ve had nothing but problems with the vehicle and it’s put a lot of financial stress on our family. Melissa also knew nothing about the vehicle she was selling. She is a very dishonest person.
