Guy was fairly knowledgeable on the new chevy equinox ev. No high pressure sale tatics. From start to finish it was a pleasure doing this sale with you. So if you are in the market for a new vehicle give Guy a call. Again 5 stars. Thanks again Guy.

Terrible communication and service I’ll never do business there again and constantly bug you to trade your vehicle in so they can sell you another one

Thank you for your feedback Clare. It's unfortunate that your service experience was anything less than exceptional. It is not our practice to "bug" our clients into doing anything and we are sorry if that was your experience!

From the first phone call, Gary was an absolute star in helping us buy our SUV. Gary made the process very smooth and we felt informed on our options every step of the way. There were lots of laughs and low stress throughout the purchase! Alan was also very helpful in financing, was a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate the details we needed further clarification with. I highly recommend Roy Nichols Motors and we will be returning in the future.

I have been with this dealership for 7 years. I just bought my 2nd vehicle for them. The are very professional and friendly. They go above and beyond for their clients! I had the pleasure of having both Aaron Langdon (Sales Representative) and Alan Mulder (finance and insurance) for the second time. Choosing this dealership and Choosing these incredible people to help you find your perfect vehicle, you will not be disappointed.

Friendly staff. Willing to slip me in with out appointment. However, price of repair significantly more than other options. I was quoted approximately $850 without tax for rear brake replacement. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, despite being told by their mechanics that no where else could perform. The task properly, In doing so I managed to get not just my brakes but rotors and brake sensor replaced for more than $200 less then Roy Nichol’s. I find it hard to believe that the dealership where I purchased my truck would rather price gauge me then do fair, good faith business. I say look around at your options for repair before seriously considering returning to this place. It’s the type of place that truly lives up to the stereotypes of a car salesperson. It’s unfortunate that I have to return here to deal with some recalls. Im worried that if I do, I will inevitably be subjected to some sort of “upsell”. I’m also left wondering how many seniors fall prey when needing service here.

Thank you for your feedback William. It's very unfortunate that you were not happy with your service experience here. Our pricing is in line with other GM Dealers and it is not our practice to price gauge our clients. It IS our practice to provide great service work at comparable rates.
