First off they don't broadcast the shop rate because it would scare everyone away. They always give totals before tax so come time to pay it's always more (Not cool) I don't question the quality of parts, just the prices they make up to ensure profit. Overall- done! Dislike paying for high salaries only to get attitude or feel like I'm inconvieneceing the staff by being a paying customer. Bring back customer service and reasonable rates of old, it goes a long way towards keeping customers. Take a good look because you won't see me again.

Tbh the sales guy was great. But unfortunately I found a few chips in the windshield which was not reported during he initial safety. I had asked them to fix the chip in the windshield and was told they filled the chip but it was still very visible. I asked the salesman for report and if it was to crack again would it be covered, he told me "don't worry if it were to crack to come see him". Basically asking me to trust him... As well the vehicle looked great on the outside in regards to being clean but the inside has sticky substance in the cup holders as well as on the panels in the trunk, dog hair in the truck and there was dirt on the back seat and around the foot Matt's. I kindly asked to have it cleaned and they just recleaned the outside of the vehicle. Which I appreciate cleaning the outside but that was not what I wanted.. I asked if they could fix the chip and was told they wouldn't fix it. Which I was very upset about. I wish my experience was better dealing with this dealership. But based on these few issues. I wouldn't recommend.

Seems the "bumper to bumper" warranty is actually a comprehensive list of what they DON'T cover. Ended up paying to have a roof leak fixed (manufacturing issue, well known, look into that before you buy) they did not actually fix the issue, just drained the water. Now that it's back they will not stand by their work. Have had other issues that we were told was not covered, then when that also wasn't fixed by their mechanics until the second or third time, that it now magically was covered. Hate to say it but GM quality and service is in the toilet, next car will be something else.

We had an amazing experience at Roy Nichols, thanks to Guy Kieswetter. From the start, Guy was incredibly patient and never rushed us, even though we came back multiple times. He was genuinely dedicated to helping us find the right car, and we were especially grateful when he had our 2025 Chevy Trailblazer LT ready in just a few days. This was our second purchase from Roy Nichols, and once again, the process was smooth and pleasant. Alan Mulder, the Finance & Insurance Manager, took great care of us and made sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely return in the future. My Service Advisor was very professional - when it appeared that my oil change was going to take longer than expected, instead of leaving me in the waiting room waiting, she immediately advised me that I was welcome to wait or re-book. To me, it showed a caring attitude for the customer - well done & appreciated! 😊
