**Do not use the service center free car wash! ** I visited twice in the last few weeks And this time my 2016 Honda pilot ended up with major scratches and scuffs on the passenger side door! Amazing Sales and On Point communication Aaron Alonzo! - easy to work with i've met many car salesman - this dude is honest and gives you all the info, made the buying process easy and seamless. would recommend buying a used car from this dealership!

We recently purchased a 2021 Honda Civic from the agency and were thrilled with our purchase. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered an issue. A service paper had been placed over the carpet in the driver's seat, and when we removed it, we noticed the carpet was torn. We promptly reached out to the agency to address this concern, but unfortunately, our emails have gone unanswered.

Staff in the entire place are friendly and attentive. They keep you updated on the progress of the work. I have never felt pressured to do have any work done that maybe could wait. I take my dog there and he is well received.

I just recently purchased my 2020 Honda off lease. They really push for you to trade in your vehicle, I understand it's their job to sell you on a new vehicle, but let's not waste our time. I know what I want, and I'm already driving it. Didn't really enjoy the contract forcing you to use them for the safety buy out for $418. Read and watch what you're signing. Also, don't ever buy the extended warranty. It's not in your favour... Read the fine print! As for service, I'd never bring my vehicle to a dealership unless it's something for warranty or a recall issue. Better rates, and better service other places... I can't even fathom having to pay the labour rate at a dealership. I would 0 stars service with the experiences I've had there. A lot of people feel forced to go to the dealership for everything, including oil changes... Not the case. But PLEASE don't go to those quick oil change places,,they aren't any better. You and your car deserve better. IF I ever decide to buy another Honda, I'd definitely talk to Scott. Solid dude. Love Honda && love my car !
