Brantford Honda is just as bad as Hamilton Sterling Honda. I had a bad experience with the sales team at Sterling Honda in Hamilton. They did not get back to me or returned my calls. They were rude on the phone. I wanted to trade in my 2017 CRV for a new one or HRV but they did not seem interested. So I went to Brantford Honda which was nice at first really wanting to sell me a new CRV —gave a quote etc and I said we need to factor in the trade in of my older CRV. They sent emails and texts and I replied that I would like a quote on my trade in to do the deal. Then they do not get back to me—the sales manager or the sales rep. This is crappy customer service. Yet all I get is texts over the years from Honda that my CRV is needed as the top selling vehicle and come trade it in but when you do that they don’t want to. This dealership and Hamilton are owned by the same dealer network. They all need sales and customer service skills on how to work with customers. I have been a loyal Acura and Honda customer for years. I am going to buy another brand now since I don’t like wasting my time with incompetence
