There is 2 parts to this for me. Ryan from sales was a+ 5 stars all day. Went over and beyond, easy to contact. Super high energy and happy ! Very knowledgeable about the honda line. I would buy another vehicle from him. The missing one star is from the finance guy I dealt with. Overall , not a terrible guy, but when I was making sure I was okay with the deal they brought forward (which was to due with my credit). He started to get a bit of attitude about other people wanting the vehicle and if I wasn't gonna buy it I should just tell him. Overall my sales experience was great and I would go back too buy another vehicle. Thank you to the Brantford Honda Team.

This place used to be pretty good, but they're losing their touch. Last I went I needed a lock repaired, they said it would take a day, which turned into 4 or 5. One day they didn't touch it just because my service advisor took the day off (mechanics were still there). Crazy. I kept having to chase people down to get answers. And always very expensive. They always ask for feedback and reviews but never received any comment on my negative experiences. They seem to only care when its positive feedback, which is poor business ethic. My partner has had similar experiences with a similar drop in quality, especially in the last year or so.
