After being in car accident and having the stress of finding a new car, Will came to the rescue and found me a car that suites me! From the moment he greeted me outside, the test drives, the debate over should I buy or not he made it easy, and made sure it was what I wanted! Not once did I ever feel like he was pushy! Was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend buying from here AND I LOVED the fact that this dealership did not have the cash OR financing price it was just the price of the car no games!

My experience with Brantford Honda was phenomenal. They created a good environment where you can peacefully look for your dream car options. My dealer was William and he was very cooperative in all my questions and explained everything to me in a good manner. I do recommend to have your purchase from here specially with Will.

There were so many issues with the vehicle. Sold with issues that coming up on the run and brought up to the management was reluctant to do anything about it.

Had a super bad experience at Brantford Honda. Nicole is a manager there and is super rude and talks lot about “maths”, but when you actually ask her calculations she does not have answers and is totally baffled. Anyway, if you do visit there and you are assigned to her, please do not waste your time.

Extremely poor customer service. I took my car to this service center for maintenance and clearly explained the issue. Initially, they told me they were too busy and that I needed to book an appointment. I did so and returned a week later, right on time. When I arrived, one staff member listened to the issue and arranged for a technician to take a test drive. The technician identified the problem and reported it back. However, that same staff member then told me—again—that they were too busy to fix it and I’d need to schedule another appointment or come back early another day. They never followed up or called me back. Today, I went back to the service center and encountered the same person, only to hear the exact same excuses. It feels like they only want to take on bigger jobs that bring in more money. I will never return to this service center. Complete waste of time.
