I'm re-writing as it seems my first review can no longer be found now after I received a reply from dealership. My car was booked in for an oil change and when I book I always put in the notes for a specific person(s) as I know 2 mechanics that work here and I feel most comfortable them working on my vehicle. when my car was done being maintenance my husband asked why the person we had requested didn't complete my oil change and the advisor said that the tech who did do the oil change had said that there was a note but he didn't see it (the note was even on my receipt on the front page) my husband also had asked while being checked in not to worry about filling up the washer fluid as I had just put RainX in there the other day as that's the washer fluid i like over the dealership fluid. well they drained the fluid and filled it with their stuff. I got a response back on my first review telling me that the tech we had requested wasn't there which he was as my husband talked to him and they also said that my washer fluid was not drained and i wasn't charged for it but it is on my invoice and I popped my hood and the washer fluid was full to the top with blue washer fluid ( the RainX I put in was yellow) im just overall disappointed that they didn't take the time or respect for what I asked and then lied in their response to my first review.

I have always used this dealership for my cars Maintenance well this time I’m not so happy with the outcome. My car was booked for an oil change and I had put in the notes for a specific mechanic to work on my car as I do for all my visits as that is my preference. Also told advisor not to worry about filling the windshield washer fluid as I had just put my preferred washer fluid in a couple days before instead they drained my washer fluid and filled it and charged me ( it’s not the charge that bothers me it’s the fact they didn’t listen to my request). When my vehicle was done being serviced my husband expressed that the person we requested hadn’t don’t our vehicle and the advisor said that the tech that did the car he said something about that but that he didn’t see the note but yet the note is on the front page of my receipt which means the note was always there. Just overall not impressed with this visit.

Thank you Kyle for taking the time to write us with your review. Looking at your recent service visit, you are correct that the technician you requested was not here to perform your service. Unfortunately and unexpectedly he was away that day. I looked at your invoice and confirmed that we did not drain your washer fluid or charge you for it. Washer fluid is never charged when you service with us. Regardless your visit was less than perfect and I would like to make it right! I look forward to the opportunity to discuss this with you.
