In November 2018, I acquired my son's 2013 Accord. I live in Kitchener, but decided to continue getting it serviced where my son had bought the car and also stored his snow tires there. I have been dealing with Jeff Slawich, who is a very nice person. As an older woman with health issues, I need a cane for stability. Jeff is consistently making sure I'm comfortable and checks on me from time to time, while I wait for my car to be ready. He's an asset to your company.

Good service, dirty car

Simple summer tires change, no issues, safe distancing in place, completed earlier than expected. The issue I have is, why would you wash my absolutely spotless, professionally detailed vehicle? Water spots everywhere, splashes of dirty water on both sides of the vehicle. It had been detailed inside and out. There wasn't even a spec of dust on it. I hand washed it at home afterwards, but should not have had to.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4 from Honda. Our Sales Associate was Jason Fitzgerald who was new to Honda. Met him as he was leaving late on a Saturday night, he was willing to take us out for a test drive, but we came back Monday to do that. Jason was very professionals and knowledgeable about the car. We love the Mini, lots of fun to drive and very surprised to see one on their lot and would have been the last car we would ever think to buy. Good on gas, lots of room, and getting lots of compliments on it. We think Jason will have a great future at Honda! Thanks again Jason for all your help! Michele and Peter Bach

I bought my first car with the help of Papa Amoah, we started off with jokes but ended off with a real serious deal. He was so personable, helpful and really pulled through for our family.
