When I initially went to see Bill I was looking to buy a compact SUV. At the time the dealership did not have any in stock, but he was able to find the car I wanted at the price range we had discussed.

This rating is not directed at any one staff, but rather the overall feel of the experience which involved all the staff on the occasion of my visit. This was my first ever visit to Provincial, my spouse having brought my Fiat in for its service in August. I love love love my Fiat, but the service experience is very far behind VW where my last car was serviced. At VW I was an important part of their day and made to feel like a special customer, even though I was one of many customers in a day. No one greeted me upon arrival at Provincial, and once noticed, the talk was minimal as if I was a mere cog in the day. While waiting for the shuttle I could hear every part of the loud staff conversation from behind the front desk - banter about the night before, the day ahead etc. The staff at the front desk even called out to join in with the conversation, even though the people she was talking to were around the corner. The nicest part of the day was the older gentleman who drove the shuttle that morning. He was very professional. Upon pick up, nobody detailed the work for me and gave me any updates. The staff at the desk asked me 'has anyone gone over the bill with you?' to which I replied 'No' so she just read a few things from the bill and asked me to sign. It is a shame that car which is advertised with such style does not have any style in the after sales departments.

I was not told about labour charge on top of the charges for oil change and wheel alignment.

There was a line-up when I got there, but I didn't mind waiting. The crew finished working on my car pretty quickly and replaced some filters in the cabin/engine for a good price. I'll always go back to them for any car related issues.

Repaired the knocking noise heard when the brakes were applied, and now my van sounds good as new. Their courtesy driver provided great conversation both to and from the dealership. Overall a great experience. Thank you
