My jeep was recalled so I was given a loaner. I picked up my jeep 4 weeks later and everything was completed.

After test driving the vehicle we were interested in, we told Kevin the price we were willing to pay, he called management and our price was accepted. The deal was done and we felt we were treated fairly in the price after having done some research. Provincial prepared the vehicle for us in what we considered an acceptable time frame and we're happy with our purchase. Our only disappointment was finding a $350 administration fee on our Bill of Sale and not realizing we were going to have to pay $129 for licensing which we thought was included. This added charges made the final price of the vehicle higher than the price we had agreed to.

The purchase experience for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit was very good. Kourtney was an extremely helpful salesperson. I traded in my Jeep 08 Overland and they were able to do all the transactions together and expeditiously. My new Jeep looks great.

I was coming in for a recall on my truck and as soon as I walked in the door, everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I had to have this finished by a certain time in the afternoon due to my employment situation and this was accomplished. The shuttle driver was able to pick me up and drop me off in a reasonable time.
