When my son first arrived, the other two service advisors didn't even acknowledge him, they just talked amongst themselves. The service manager had to get someone else to write up the work order. He should have spoken to the other two advisors. The first complaint on the work order wasn't written properly. It stated that there was a noise from the a/c, it didn't describe the noise. The tech than says he cannot duplicate the noise, how do you duplicate a noise when you don't know what it sounds like?? For the knocking noise the car didn't need to be driven very far, but was driven extensively. The car has been in numerous times for this knocking noise and still not repaired. The other service manager steve ouellette( very unprofessional and had no clue of what customer service should be) heard the noise along with another technician. THEY STILL ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS.!!!!!!!!! also on this work order the kilometers were recorded incorrectly. The car was brought in to the lane way at 8:50 a.m. for the small amount that was done, my son could have waited for it. A tire rotation, ordering a part for the seat , driving to listen to two noises and a check on the brakes. when the tire rotation was performed, the tech should have checked the brakes then. No, he decides to remove the tires again and perform a separate operation to check the brakes (overlapping operations). I'm glad I wasn't charged for this, because I definately would not have paid for it. Every time our car is in your dealership for service its always the last to get in and the last to leave. This is unacceptable and no one ever calls, I have to call to see what the status is, and than I'm given a million excuses why its not done. The part for the seat was ordered on the Thursday and suppossed to come in on the Friday. Again no one bothered to call. I ended up calling on Monday afternoon. The girl in service tells me, oh I guess we didn't have time. When were they planning on making the time.?? I asked how long the repair would take and told probably a few hours. She should have checked with the tower operator for an exact time,this way my son could possibly have waited for it, instead of tying up the car for the entire day. The appointment to install the part for the seat is Wednesday Sept 3/14 @ 8 a.m. it better not be in there all day. It should be finished before noon.

We bought a 2014 Jeep Rubicon from Ryan Eddy. He was very professional and polite the first visit we had for the test drive and prompt to check with us a couple days later to see if we were still interested. Three weeks later we were back and sat down with him to make the purchase in his office in which he provided a comfortable experience without any stress or concern.

Rob greeted us as soon as we arrived at the sales lot. He asked us what he could show us, what type of vehicle we would like to look at. When we told he we were thinking about a truck, he showed us all trucks on lot and asked us what we would like in the truck. ( air, 4x4, power windows and locks etc.). He was attentive to our needs. He found us the perfect truck in no time. We had the best experience we have every had at any car dealership.

I had 2 sales people who actually helped me. George P was a little harsh. He talks too fast, doesn't answer questions very well and when a mistake was make on the financing he didn't have an answer for me, he was more concerned about the sale than anything else. I will find out about the mistake on the financing. Kevin W was awesome. He showed me how to program the radio, blue tooth and the bells and whistles. Kevin even told me that if I had my more questions to contact him. Now that's customer service!

Went there for a recall on my Calibre. Mechanic was rude to my girlfriend. Said we don't do recalls here!!! After looking at it the Calibre in fact needed the parts. Come to find out they're not in stock. You would think whoever booked the appointment would also ensure the parts were in stock. Now I need to book another appointment and it's going to take over a day to fix. I also just bought a new Journey at Provincial. Regretting it now. Can't wait to hear what's in store when I bring it in for service

Received a promo card in mail with the oil change tire rotation and receive a free BBQ set. As it did not say on promo card that appointment was needed I went and had services done in the quick lube bay. After having service done I was informed that this promo needed an appointment so I would not receive BBQ set. I guess you could say I am somewhat disappointed. Dan was very good at his job. I was very upset at the fact that I was told I would have a ride to work but ended up waiting an hour causing me to be late and losing out on an hours' pay.

Rob is so respectful, especially since I'm a female. He did not ignore me and just speak to my husband, he spoke to me too. He very professional, goes out of his way to make things happen. It was our second car purchased from him. No regrets working with Rob.
