I recently purchased a vehicle from Provincial Chrysler. My expericence was extremely positive due to a fantastic customer sevice provided by Courtney St. Pierre. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient as she went over all of my many options. I would definetly reffer her to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Very Professional, Very Service Customer Oriented. I was extremely happy with my experience. Everyone that I encounterd at the dealership had the same friendly helpful pleasing attitude. As a side note I love my new Grand Cherokee Summit !

I dropped the truck off at the service writers desk. After the paper work was done I left and no damage to the mirror. I was told the truck left that desk and went right to the detail shop. Upon arriving at the shop the mirror was damaged?

When I drove in, waited at counter while the service rep working on the computer to acknowledge me standing in front waiting. Then find out the appointment made via web form was not in the system, had the confirmation via webpage when submitted and a error prone email with the confirmation. Someone should investigate the backend programming on this 'feature'. Once it was sorted out, service was handled. On reading the service sheet later in the day, under Complaint, there was a comment: Provide location of wheel locks. Never received the lock adapter when vehicle was purchased 20140210. Since the car was purchased without the spare tire option, there is no jack or tire iron nor was it supplied with the adapter for the wheel locks. No tire iron no way to remove the wheels. Should I have received this adapter on purchase?
