I was called and kept up to date on status of repair. Jamie was available when I dropped off my vehicle so I could meet my service advisor. Shuttle was quick to bring me to work and pick me up when repair completed.

1st oil change on my diesel Ram and underbody undercoating issues . The oil change and the u/body stuff went well . My only concern is the oil was pitch black when I checked it a few hours later . Is this the norm ? Did they give it a proper drain time or is it really that dirty inside that engine ? It does seem to work fine . Thanks for hearing what I have to say . Hello Gerald, Due to the combustion type of the engine, the oil does tend to be very dark quickly. The diesel engine produces more soot while running which causes this condition but it is nothing to worry about, this is normal. Thank you for the inquiry and have a great day! It was a good experience. The only thing I would say wrong was the shuttle. I went to the waiting room and had to use the washroom. When I came out the shuttle had arrived and left without checking for people. I waited another HOUR and finally called for my own ride, and when my ride arrived the shuttle arrived. Other then that It was a good experience.
