Friendly customer service advisor and representative, plus the technicians perform their job very well, quick and efficient. Very reasonable waiting time in the quick oil change bay. Technicians were able to quickly look up the vehicles history

service was unable to provide fix or cause for noise in truck . first it is not a slight noise ,its quite annoying, second , it was me who had to contact Chrysler Canada to make them aware of situation . and also im driving a truck that is making a noise and no one is sure where its coming from or why its making the noise , which causes a concern for safety for myself and my family .also spent thousands of dollars on a new vehicle ,bought from provincial chrylser.only to find out later , there was a problem with vehicle.
