My experience with Rob was Great. Purchasing a vehicle is a big investment and I had many questions which were answered so I could make my decision.

Very fast service. A little bit of confusion on my behalf because last time I went in they told me I would have to change my air filter, this time they said it was fine

Walked and was greeted. Was suggested to get the oil change first and then the tech would come over to establish which vents were broken on dashboard. As soon as she saw that I was done with the oil change she walked to the car and asked which vents. She took notes and was told they would need to be ordered. I should receive a phone call once the parts are in.

Jamie was courteous when dealing with me over my repair concerns. There was never a delay, whether getting me a loaner to drive while my Jeep was in service, or notifying me when the vehicle was ready, Jamie responded immediately. These factors add to the professional level of service I have come to expect from Provincial Chrysler.

Courtney St. Pierre and her husband Jeff Hamelin at Provincial Chrysler went above and beyond to get me a amazing deal. Picked me up from home, answered all of my questions honestly and had my vehicle ready same day! I would strongly recommend either one of them to anyone.

Does anyone know why I brought my car in?

I brought my car in at 7:45am and was told it should be ready by 3pm. After several calls, no one could help me in knowing if my car would be available to pick up. I drove to provincial by 4 and was told the car hasnt been serviced yet. Seconds later i see the manager in my car telling me there's no oil leak. I didnt bring it in for an oil leak! He and a coworker check the computer to realize i brought it in to replace parts for the coolant leak. I was told it would be done in an hour. Im very displeased with Service. I really wished I could have gone somewhere else. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

Excessive Charges

Just an overall poor experience...from having to wait 10 days to get in, very poor customer service with regard to information, and generally I have been very dissatisfied since purchasing this truck from Chrysler
