oil change notice was NOT reset, no biggy I looked it up and reset it myself

oil change and filter service..., aside from the oil change notice reset, I asked that the excess oil that drips below the filter be wiped off so it doesn't fly all over my engine when driving and then drips on my driveway..it wasn't done either.. it's the little things that count. The things I asked to be done didn't take me but a few minutes to complete,...so there you have it,..you asked,

I brought my 2012 Journey in for an "everything" check - peace of mind service, tire rotation/alignment, etc. Things the vehicle was due for based on the mileage. The extra things they found - dirty filters, leaks, spark plugs - I was phoned on and informed about. I was told honestly the things that needed repair (leak covered in warranty) pronto and those that could wait as the service would be expensive as is. I really appreciated that honesty. Furthermore, I was brought home and picked up by the driver very quickly - I didn't have to wait long for a ride either time. Provincial Chrysler is my dealership of choice for service work.

Walking and talking with Bill was a totally casual experience, no pressure, no hard sell, just a friend giving us his advice. We came in for something used but ended up with a beautiful brand new Jeep and could not be happier. I will definitely be recommending Bill To my friends and family.

Very impressed with Eric in the tire and oil and lube bay. Was all set to go to windsor chrysler to replace a tire sensor but decided to call provincial. After talking to Eric I was so impressed I booked the appointment with him. I just knew I was going to get the service I needed. I'll keep provincial on the top of my list if I need service.
