She made it the experience painless

From my initial phone call with my quote to bringing my car in and writing up the work order, Theresa was really helpful and professional in every aspect. She made sure that my request was taken seriously and when asked if my car was getting the service done within the day, she explained to me that she schedule two technicians to fill the schedule load of work, so therefore, my car was going to be ready the same day.

It was my first oil change. We waited only 5 minutes to get my car in one of the bays. Then we waited maybe 8 or 9 minutes until my car was done. I was also impressed by the reception I got when I reported that one of my trailhawk symbols was already peeling and the car was new. A new one was ordered and is to be in within 1 week. Overall my experience with provincial from ordering my new car, receiving it and now my first service has been a positive one.

Jamie is always very thorough and professional. He keeps you informed of the progress of your vehicle.

I brought my Caravan in for an oil change and I was having an intermittant problem with the starter. Jamie copied doen the information accuately, called to update me on the findings and informed me that my tires needed replacing. I had only one bad experience that day and that was the shuttle booking for my return to the dealership. Jamie booked the shuttle for me. I waited 30 min, then called the dealership to make sure there was not a mistake. The female assured me she would contact the driver to make sure he was on his way. I waited another 30 min-called the dealership again and was told he would be there in 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes to have the dealership call my home to find out where they were to pick me up. When they finally arrived, they were very apologetic and explained that the slip with my name on it was discarded by mistake. The first receptionist had not called the driver to confirm the pick up as she stated she had. The receptionist that was left at 6:45 pm was very apologetic and gave me a gas card.
