Hello Eric, Even though I was the only vehicle in the bay, there was a lot of other activity going on amongst the employees. So much so that before the tech closed the hood, I had to remind him that he had not re-installed the 2 screws associated with the air filter. Although I like to have my vehicle serviced at a Chrysler dealership, Mr. Lube is the same price and a little more professional. These techs seemed more concerned about their conversations with each other than the task at hand. Maybe it was just an isolated incident but it did leave a questionable impression.

Third time into servicing,made appointment with service department,for set times,I arrived at the scheduled time,but the vehicle isn't worked on until a service mechanic is available,this could be up to a couple of hours or more. Why set a time for service and then have to wait ? The appointment seems to be with a service advisor,and then he sets up a time with a mechanic. Why not set up an appointment with a mechanic in the first place? Larry Zavitz
