I was acknowledged the minute that I pulled in the garage. Jamie took the time to explain why I was having a problem with my windows and consequently the reason they couldn't be fixed. He assured me that I would be notified in the event of a recall. My courtesy ride was ready and waiting and the return ride was greatly appreciated. Overall, this experience is the reason I return to the dealership even if it's just for an oil change. My friends and family always ask why - this is why!

I was not expecting to receive a free oil change. I was not aware of the key-tag program that had been going on since 2012. I was never given a key-tag back then so when I was told my oil change was free it was a nice surprise. It was nice that your employee told me about this because I really had no idea of it and could have paid for it and would never have known any better. The savings free up funds to use to have my tires rotated and a filter changed. All this and I was done in less than 30 minutes!

Brought in my vehicle for regular maintenance and an issue with the door locks. Everything was completed, door locks repaired under warranty. Parts were in stock, so I did not have to wait for repair. Only problem was no one went over the charges with me so I had to peruse them when I came to pick up the vehicle. The free gift I was to receive was "out of stock" and I have not yet received it. Driver of shuttle was polite and efficient.

Everybody was great and very helpful. But your recent changes to not servicing diesel trucks in your quick lube lane is VERY inconvenient. When an oil change used to take 20 minutes but now takes an hour and 20 minute. I will probably have to take my business elsewhere.

Hello Christopher, I do understand the time issue we are facing now, our primary concern is your safety. We always like to include a complete inspection of the vehicle as the larger trucks are used primarily for work and towing. Also, we cannot safely lift these trucks on the Express Lube hoist, they are too large and damage the hoist. We do have a certified truck hoist in the main shop and inspect the vehicle while it is for service. I believe we could both agree that your safety is of the utmost importance..
