Vehicle was brought in for routine maintenance oil filter and lube. Not only was I waited on promptly and efficiently but one of the technicians noticed another problem and brought it to MY attention. This shows that he not only took the time to give good customer care but it also shows that he had the knowledge he needed to give that awesome care to his customers. Well done GUYS !!!

Last maintenance visit to Provincial Chrysler Ltd

My last maintenance visit to Provincial Chrysler was great. I trust my Service Advisor, Dan Maiuri. He is very knowledge about my Dodge Grand Caravan and gives me great advice. I never feel like he is trying to sell me a service I don't need. In this specific instance, we reviewed the service history of my brakes and I received maintenance on them which was appropriate and much less expensive than I thought it initially would be. I will continue to take my van to Provincial Chrysler for servicing and seek Dan`s advice. Sincerely, Brian Pitman

Unfortunate that the part to repair the recall is not available, but the Service Advisor was able to describe the issue with confidence and also provided some insight as to another recurring concern.

It was actually my husband that brought it in for service. For the most part he was very pleased. His only concern was that if he had needed to go home or to work, there was not enough shuttle service to handle the amount of people there. Thankfully he is a teacher and is off for the summer. Other than that the service was fine.
