Thanks to one of your Techs, my wife walked out without being charged. If it weren't for him, Advisor Dale Kempt had 0 issue lying to her and attempting to get her to pay for a warranty covered repair. 3 Year bumper to bumper includes any piece on the car, especially when it involves a known design flaw. The dealership I work for would have certainly covered this no questions asked. OMVIC will be in contact with these lot and until then I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Great staff ,very conferrable lounge areas for your Wait, video games for the kids, the coolest wash room every they have a basket in there washroom that have everything you could need for customer use ,free coffee and tea, fast service . Will take my car back in when I need more service.

These guys are great! Not pushy at all, well-informed, awesome with helping you weigh the pros and cons of potential options, extra warranties, etc. Everything you want as a customer looking for a car when you're feeling a bit nervous about dropping a considerable amount of cash. My experience here stood in stark contrast to my experience earlier that same day at Meadowvale Honda, where they were giving me the hard push to buy something when I clearly wasn't comfortable. It's worth the drive to come here for your next purchase, so do it!
