Working with Ryan Stroud was a great experience. He was really friendly and patient with all of my questions. Once it came to test driving the car, he explained how all of the features work and I was really surprised by his knowledge of the car being that it was a new model. I was looking at a few different manufacturers which Ryan knew and he would follow up with me over text but never pressured me into coming back to make a purchase. Ryan went over all of the numbers with me in detail, explaining everything. It was all around a pleasure to have Ryan as a sales person.

Everybody that works at Brantford Honda are super friendly and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and in very little time. They made the experience of getting a new car fun and hassle free. I recommend to get your used or new car at Brantford Honda!

Never have I had such passionate help in looking for a vehicle (ended up buying two) .

We were debating on trading in our vehicle. We talked to sales associate (James Rijneveld). He was soo honest and not pushy we ended up buying two vehicles within a couple weeks.. Our other car was an insurance write off.. The whole Honda family helped us in our situation and we ended up buying two vehicles in a very short span... I have never had a team help me soo much.. They understood our finances... never pushed.. Just offered help.. We will never go to another dealership now.. Even their used car department was all about helping us and not pushing into what we couldn't really afford.. The service department was amazing.. never seen a drive thru set up like that.. I felt so comfortable and was just about us and feeling comfortable with our new vehicles.

We bought our CR-V from Brantford Honda last year and Ryan was awesome. We have brought it in for regular service as well and Trevor and Todd have also been fantastic. Overall a great place with friendly, reliable service Update: Nov 2019 - Just traded in the CR-V for an Odyssey and we had the pleasure of being able to work with Ryan again through the sales process. Fantastic experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
