What started off as a great experience has turned into a nightmare! Deepak will call you 3 times a day while you're looking for a car, however after you buy it and see that the repairs were never done, they will ignore you! I am under warranty with the dealership and they've been notified the check engine light is still on, the detailing job was shoddy and my car is still covered in dog hair and I don't have a dog. The electric seat is still broken and the purge valve needs to be replaced. No managers are contacting me back. Do NOT buy from this dealership, they do NOT care about their customers, only their commission and it shows. Weeks later and I am still waiting for resolution. I will never come back here.This is merely the tip of the iceberg in the amount of issues I've had since buying this car. I can see with the other recent reviews that I am not the only one in this situation. This is why I never write a review right away. Deepak pushed and pushed "please give me 5 star Google review and mention my name" Well Deepak, here's your shoutout! Lesson learned here, TERRIBLE dealership!!

Yet another update, got an ETR bill today for the day they delivered my vehicle. How nice to be charge for delivery without even telling me. I'm utterly disgusted with everything this dealership has done. Had my vehicle delivered this week. Really was not a pleasant experience. This is not the first time I've purchased at a car lot and I've never had the issues I had here. My car was delivered with paint spilled all over the trunk and splashes throughout the interior. If this was a previous work vehicle, fine. However I should have been aware. The pictures sent strategically did not show this. There is damage to the interior side of the trunk, rust under the doors and features listed by the agent are not available on my vehicle. Overall I am not happy with my purchase, I doubt this vehicle will last me the duration of the finance period. Lesson learned, I guess. Advice to future buyers, don't let them rush you into a purchase. Look the vehicle over VERY VERY carefully. Good luck. EDIT AFTER DEALER RESPONSE: clearly my legal name is not 'what secrets'. You guys know exactly which vehicle was delivered last week with paint spills all over it. Unless this is a common occurrence . I will edit my review with pictures tomorrow. EDIT WITH PICS- a few of the photos...paint, damage, torn interior, it appears my windshield has been replaced (bad re seal job), my driver window will not go up. Warning lights gping on and off the dash. I could go on all night. Currently my new vehicle (2017) is sitting in my driveway undrivable. I'm so glad I bought this. I hope you can read the sarcasm.

We cannot find any record that you've ever bought a car from us or otherwise requested any kind of auto service from us at all. If you have mistakenly copied the review from another user and posted it as though it were your own, we would appreciate you removing it as being unfairly negatively reviewed by individuals who are not our customers is not constructive and does not aid any prospective customers in a meaningful way. I would like to point out that our 4.7 star review is a testament to our quality customer service, and if you ever need any auto services in the future we would hope you would give us a fair chance at proving that to you directly!
